When you have decided to make a purchase please email us and we will reserve the artwork for you until payment is received. We can only accept payment by Bank Transfer in UK Pounds Sterling or I can send a PayPal Invoice – please email us for more information.
Postage and Packing charges
Please note that prices do not include postage & packing or insurance and this will be added at cost, depending on the weight of the packaged painting.
Orders are despatched on receipt of payment. Orders are normally dispatched within two working days of receipt of the order, often on the next working day.
Returns & Refunds
We do our best to ensure that the picture on the screen is a close representation of the artwork. However, there may be variations from the artwork in colour or brightness. We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us with your order details to arrange a refund or exchange. Any returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please e-mail us if you are going to do this. Please retain your proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charges and returned postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
Who is liable for customs charges?
We are not liable for any customs charges made in the recipient’s countries. The customer is completely responsible for these charges.
Where is best to hang my artwork?
We can tell you where not to hang it…. Do not hang any original paintings in direct sunlight. High or low humidity can also cause damage to originals and prints. Do not hang directly over any heat source such as radiators or close to air conditioning units.
